Purrrfect Companions
Frisco Rocky
A cat (or two) makes every home more
fun! Come meet our kitties and be prepared
to fall in love!
Will is an exceptionally handsome seal point
snowshoe kitten with light blue eyes. He is
energetic, curious, talkative and playful. Will
is an entertaining kitten who loves to run,
jump, climb, wrestle, chase and play with
his siblings and toys. He also enjoys a nice
nap and a good snuggle with his siblings and
mama kitty. Will and his siblings have been
raised by their young and playful mama kitty,
Joyce, in a foster home. He would love to be
adopted with her or with his sister, Maxine.
Maxine is an adorable tuxedo kitten. Like
her mama, she is petite and extra soft. Max is
the most adventurous of her litter, the first to
try and do anything. She’s an expert climber
and explorer. She is very interested in people
and always loves to know what they’re up
to. Maxine also enjoys a good snuggle and
bath session with her mama kitty. She would
love to be adopted with her mom, Joyce, or
her favorite brother, Will.
Joyce is an awesome playful mama kitty
with lots of personality. A very petite, young
girl weighing only 6 pounds, she has an elegant
look. Although she can be shy at first, if you
are patient, gentle and kind she will warm up
to you in no time. And once she does, you’re
in for a treat! Joyce is sweet and affectionate
and craves human attention. She will wait
at the door for you and follow you around
talking your ear off. Even though she’s not
a tiny kitten, Joyce acts like one -- chasing
and wrestling with her babies. If you catch
her in a playful mood, she will play fetch
with a crinkle ball. Loving to snuggle, she
will keep your lap warm while you watch
TV and will cuddle next to you. Joyce is
appreciative, loving and generous and will
be a wonderful feline companion. She loves
her babies and would absolutely love to be
adopted with one of them.
Frisco was found scared and alone, behind
an auto body shop. He was very shy at first,
but has blossomed into a very sweet, friendly
and affectionate lover boy. Sadly, Frisco has
been living in a cage at the vet’s office for the
past six months, awaiting his forever home.
He loves being held and loves to play with
toys. His favorite activity is sleeping next
to you, or on your lap. Frisco doesn’t like
dogs, but he’s fine with other cats. Although
Frisco has tested positive for FIV, it is not a
big deal. Given proper care and attention, an
Maxine
FIV+ cat will live the same lifespan as an
FIV negative cat. The disease is extremely
hard to transmit from cat to cat, requiring
direct blood contact (typically from a deep
puncture wound). It is not transmissible to
humans. Give Frisco a chance and you will
fall in love with this beautiful boy.
Rocky is one of a kind. He is a dog in
a cat’s body. When the doorbell rings, he
runs to the door so he can be the first to
greet visitors because he loves people. If he
is being ignored, Rocky will reach out and
tap with his paw to let you know he wants
some cuddle time. This guy is a hunk of
love that will quietly sleep beside you at
bedtime and will be your cuddle bug when
you binge-watch your favorite show. He is
such a great cat that he doesn’t even mind
when he is carried or held like a baby. Rocky
prefers to be an only cat and he needs to be
adopted into a home that will not leave him
home for eight-plus hours a day, because
he gets lonely. The ideal home is someone
that works from home or is retired. Rocky
doesn’t mind cat-friendly young kids, but he
is afraid of toddlers because they pull on his
fur and tail. If you would like to meet the
incredible Rocky, his foster mom is happy
to arrange for a meet and greet.
These kitties are available for adoption
through Kitten Rescue, one of the largest
cat rescue groups in Southern California. All
our kitties are spayed/neutered, microchipped,
tested for FeLV and FIV, dewormed and
current on their vaccinations. For additional
information and to see these or our other
kittens and cats, please check our website
