Helping Support Victims of the
Butte County Camp Fire
Last weekend, Brewport Tap House on
Main Street held a benefit for firefighters.
Sierra Nevada Brewing Company created
Resilience IPA to help the victims of the
Butte County Camp Fire and featured a keg
at the Brewport tap along with kegs brewed
by Three Weavers Brewing Co. and LA Ale
Works based on Sierra Nevada’s recipe. All
proceeds from the sale of these kegs will
go to benefit the Butte County Camp Fire
victims’ fund. The fire was devastating --
resulting in the loss of 85 lives as well as
the destruction of 153,000 acres and more
than 18,000 structures. The El Segundo Fire
Department Truck rolled up for the occasion,
with El Segundo firemen on hand to collect
donations as well.
