Saving one animal won’t change the
world, but the world will surely change for
that animal. •
Purrrfect Companions
Zavier. Rusty.
Every second of every minute of every day,
a helpless animal is put to death just because
no one was there to take them home. Saving
one animal may not change the world,
but it will change the world for that animal.
Give one of these kitties a second chance
for a lifetime of love in a new forever home
with you.
Sandwich is a very playful boy. He’s
a firecracker of energy who will love any
toy you bring him -- especially ones that
make him jump and run. Sandwich does
everything to the extreme…plays hard and
crashes hard. He’ll snuggle up with you on
the couch and purr loudly when he’s ready
to nap. While he’s very gentle with humans,
he has a lot of pent-up energy that will be
best spent with another young, active cat.
With that, Sandwich will be a fun addition
to your family.
Bergamot was rescued with her brother
Yuzu (also available for adoption) from
a backyard litter. She is an enchantingly
tough little girl with pointy ear tufts and a
faint black tabby pattern you can see in the
sunlight. A bit timid at first, Bergamot loves
to be held and touch noses with people. She
purrs as soon as you pick her up. While she
loves playtime, she doesn’t initiate interaction
with other kittens and could be a good
candidate for an older buddy who is open
to kitten energy. However, Bergamot is fine
with her brother’s engaging, playful manner
and gives him a workout at playtime.
Cutsie is very confident and trusting. She
is a laid-back cat who loves to hang out and
look out the window. Cutsie loves people. She
loves to cuddle and will follow you around
the house to be very close to you. Cutsie is
a wonderful companion and family member
who will communicate her likes or dislikes.
If you would like a touch of cuteness and
cat-titude to your home, Cutsie will be your
girl. She would prefer to be the only pet in
the house, but doesn’t mind a nice other cat
companion (but no dogs or small toddlers).
Opie and Rusty are bonded twin brothers
looking for a forever home. They are quite the
little pair – they play together, eat together,
nap together and wrestle together. And they
look so darn cute doing everything together.
They absolutely love to chase the cat wand
and are quite the little acrobats jumping,
twirling and flipping in the air while trying
to catch the toy dangling at the end of the
wand. When it comes to nap time, they look

like a big orange puddle. Sometimes it is
hard to tell where one brother ends and the
other begins.
Opie is a friendly, cuddle bug who will seek
out love, affection and a warm, comfortable
lap. Rusty is a little more reserved when he
meets new people, but food and the cat wand
are the way to earn his trust and affection.
Both of the twins sound like purring engines
when you pet them. Come and meet Rusty
and Opie to see what an awesome pair of
kitties they are (their foster mom is happy
to arrange a playdate).
Zavier was found with his brothers and
sisters in the Let’s Make a Deal studio parking
lot. He is a bit shy and is still learning to
trust people. Once he is comfortable, Zavier
really enjoys attention and pets from you. In a
home with another cat and a patient adopter,
he will blossom into the loving kitty he is
destined to be.
These kitties are available for adoption
through Kitten Rescue, one of the largest cat
rescue groups in Southern California. All our
kitties are spayed/neutered, microchipped,
tested for FeLV and FIV, dewormed and
current on their vaccinations. For additional
