A vandalism report was taken at 0710
hours from the 700 block of West Imperial
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) used paint to
write graffiti on a wall.
A burglary (commercial) report was
taken at 1007 hours from the 1900 block
of Hughes Way. Unknown suspect(s) tore
down the wall of the victim’s storage unit
and ransacked it.
An identity theft report was taken at 1015
hours from the 300 block of Concord Street.
A traffic accident (without injuries) occurred
at 1134 hours in the 500 block of
Sierra Place, moving truck versus a building.
A burglary (commercial) report was taken
at 1151 hours from the 2300 block of East
Imperial Highway. Construction equipment
was taken from the location.
An annoying/threatening phone call report
was taken at 1216 hours from the 800 block
of South Nash Street.
A traffic accident (without injuries) occurred
at 1544 hours in the 1700 block of
East Grand Avenue, vehicle versus vehicle.
One male adult was arrested at 1952 hours
from El Segundo Boulevard and Douglas
Street for one ESPD traffic warrant.
Friday, May 11
One male adult was arrested at 0341 hours
from Maple Avenue and Sheldon Street
for misdemeanor DUI with a BAC of 0.08
percent or above.

from Holly Avenue and Virginia Street for
domestic violence.
Saturday, May 12
One male adult was arrested at 0314 hours
from Imperial Highway and California Street
for misdemeanor DUI.
One female adult was arrested at 1652
hours from the 200 block of Whiting Street
for public intoxication.
A lost property report was taken at 1654
hours from the 1400 block of East Imperial
Avenue. A driver’s license was lost.
Burglary (vehicle) report was taken at 2157
hours from the 2100 block of East Rosecrans
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) broke into the
vehicle and stole the victim’s luggage.
Sunday, May 13
Two male adults were arrested at 1551
hours from the 700 block of South Sepulveda
Boulevard for receiving stolen property.
One male adult was detained at 2024
hours from the 600 block of West Acacia
Avenue and transported to Harbor UCLA
Medical Center for 72-hour evaluation
and treatment.
Monday, May 14
A burglary (commercial) report was taken
at 1610 hours from the 1900 block of Hughes
Way. Taken were golf clubs and a bicycle.
A burglary report was taken at 1744 hours
from the 900 block of Main Street. Unknown
suspect(s) enter an attached underground
parking garage by unknown means and took
miscellaneous exercise items.
Tuesday, May 15
One male adult was arrested at 0309 hours
from the 1400 block of East Imperial Avenue
for felony possession of a firearm, felon in
possession of ammunition and possession of
a controlled substance without a prescription.
A burglary (residential) report was taken at
0824 hours form the 200 block of Whiting
Street. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into
the carport by cutting the lock. Taken were
tools and clothing.
A found property report was taken at
1319 hours from the 700 block of East El
Segundo Boulevard. Found was a 9mm Sig
Sauer handgun.
A misdemeanor vandalism report was taken
at 1144 hours from the 2100 block of East
El Segundo Boulevard.
A traffic accident (no injuries) occurred
at 1552 hours from Douglas Street and El
Segundo Boulevard, vehicle versus vehicle.
A missing person was located at 1552 hours
on Douglas Street and El Segundo Boulevard.
Located was a female adult reported missing
out of Downey PD.
One male adult was arrested at 2346 hours
from Grand Avenue and Vista Del Mar for
driving under the influence.
One male adult was arrested at 0004 hours
from Grand Avenue and Vista Del Mar for
plain drunk in public.
Wednesday, May 16
A burglary (residential) report was taken
at 1241 hours from the 800 block of East
Grand Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) gained
entry into the carport and the victim’s locked
vehicle. Taken were miscellaneous tools.
A theft by false pretenses report was taken
at 1252 hours from the 300 block of East
Grand Avenue.
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken at
1433 hours from the 200 block of Whiting
Street. Unknown suspect(s) forced their way
into the locked bed of the victim’s truck and
the suspect(s) stole $660 worth of property.
A burglary report was taken at 1505 hours
from Grand Avenue and Virginia Street. Unknown
suspect(s) opened a section of chain
link fence, entered residential construction
site, and removed miscellaneous tools.
A petty theft report was taken at 1645 hours
from the 300 block of West Mariposa Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) took a package from
victim’s porch shortly after it was delivered.
An identity theft report was taken at 1901
hours from the 1100 block of East Acacia
Avenue. •
