Tasty 2-Step Pork Chops
Provided by Campbell Soup Company
• Step 1: Season the pork with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over mediumhigh
heat. Add the pork and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on both sides (to
prevent sticking, make sure the skillet and oil are hot before adding the pork). Remove
the pork from the skillet.
• Step 2: Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the pork to the skillet
(and if the browned pork released any juices, add those too). Reduce the heat to low.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the pork is done. Season to taste. Sprinkle with
chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.

Fun Times
We are blessed to live only a mile away
from our three, soon to be four grandkids.
We took the two older ones over to Napa, CA
to watch the PGA golf tournament this past
Sunday afternoon. They were both thrilled
when one of the players tossed them a golf
ball and he turned out to be the winner of
the tournament. Even Phil Mickleson said hi
to them as he passed by. It was just one of
those pleasant days to enjoy family and some
nice weather out on a nice golf course. The
kiddos have lifetime memories. How much
better can it get?
