of Public Works will accept sealed bids
for the construction of 11 injection wells,
1 observation well, and the performance
of other appurtenant work under Project
ID No. FCC0001322, West Coast Basin
Barrier Project Unit 13, in the Cities of
Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.
The bids must be submitted on the
proposal forms included in the bidder's
package of the contract documents.
The contract documents for this project
may be downloaded free of charge by
visiting the Los Angeles County Public
Works Business Opportunities website:

to cost between $9,000,000 and
$13,500,000 and shall be completed in

T-Mobile is proposing to swap antennas
on an existing monotree (LA74000B)
located at 301 Vista Del Mar Blvd.,
El Segundo, Los Angeles County, CA
90245 –N 33° 54’ 28.72”, W 118° 25’
22.15”. The height of the antennas will
be 42.67 meters above mean sea level.
The project is anticipated to have no
lights. Interested persons may review
the application for this project at www.
fcc.gov/asr/applications by entering FCC
Antenna Structure Registration (Form
854) file no. A1173136 and may raise
environmental concerns about the project
under the National Environmental Policy
Act rules of the Federal Communications
Commission, 47 CFR §1.1307, by
notifying the FCC of the specific reasons
that the action may have a significant
impact on the quality of the human
environment. In accordance with FCC
rule 47 CRF 14.4(c), T-Mobile hereby
solicits public comment concerning its
proposed site and any impacts in may
have on the environment. Requests
for Environmental Review should be
submitted online and must be filed within
30 days of the date that notice of the
project is published on the FCC’s website
and may only raise environmental
concerns. The FCC strongly encourages
interested parties to file Requests for
