Volunteers Build a Literacy Garden
Over 50 volunteers including Rotarians, Boy Scouts, ESHS Interact Club, Diemma Wheaton, school board member, and community members all came together to complete
the Literacy Garden at Center street school. The project was originally developed 18 years ago. This garden area will be a much-needed outdoor extension to the school library. •
Over fifty Rotarians, Boy Scouts, Interact Club and community members came together last Saturday as the final phase of a multi week project to restore the Center Street School Literacy Garden.

Local community members worked hard planting over 150 new trees and plants in the Literacy Garden.
Rotarian Elyse Rothstein led the ESHS Interactor members.
Rotarians Josette Murphy and Dean Seligman restored the entrance gates to the Literacy garden.
