Thursday, Feb. 1
One male adult was arrested at 0143 hours
from California Street and Imperial Avenue
for possession of a controlled substance.
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken at
0711 hours from the 400 block of Sierra
Street. A wallet, a pair of sunglasses, a ring
and miscellaneous clothing were taken from
the victim’s vehicle.
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken at
0816 hours from the 100 block of Concord
Street. A pair of sunglasses were taken from
the victim’s vehicle.
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken at 0817
hours from the 600 block of West Imperial
Avenue. Miscellaneous coins and a flashlight
were taken from the victim’s vehicle.
A vandalism report was taken at 0836 hours
from the 100 block of West Imperial Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) broke light bulbs and a
surveillance camera at the location.
A burglary (residential) report was taken at
1004 hours from the 100 block of Concord
Street. Unknown suspect(s) broke into the
victim’s storage unit. No property was taken.
A burglary (residential) report was taken at
1020 hours from the 500 block of Concord
Street. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into
the victim’s vehicle by prying a window. No
property was taken.
One male adult was arrested at 1254 hours
from the 1400 block of East Imperial Avenue
for attempt petty theft of recyclables that occurred
in the 500 block of West Palm Avenue.
An identity theft/burglary (vehicle) report
was taken at 1101 hours from the 500 block
of Arena Street. A wallet containing a driver’s
license, credit cards and a fire hydrant ID
was taken.
A vandalism report was taken at 1424
hours from the 200 block of East Franklin
Avenue. “Basek” was painted in white in
several areas.
A burglary (residential) report was taken
at 1456 hours from the 400 block of Sierra
Street. Taken was a charger for the victim’s
hybrid vehicle.
A burglary report was taken at 1735 hours
form the 600 block of Main Street. Two cellular
telephones were stolen.
One male adult was arrested at 1918 hours
from Center Street and Pine Avenue for possession
of a dirk/dagger.
One male adult was arrested at 2159 hours
from El Segundo Boulevard and Aviation
Boulevard for possession of a controlled
substance for sales and transportation for
sales, possession of a controlled substance
for sale, sale of a controlled substance and
possession of drug paraphernalia.
Friday, Feb. 2
An online petty theft report was taken at 0558
hours from the 500 block of Hillcrest Street.
Taken was a bag containing plastic recyclables. •
One male adult was arrested at 0848 hours
from Maple Avenue and Lairport Drive for
domestic violence and robbery.
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken at
0820 hours from the 400 block of Center
Street. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry
into the victim’s vehicle through unknown
means. Taken was a Fastrack transponder,
vehicle registration paperwork and other
miscellaneous items.
A vehicle theft report was taken at 1043
hours from the 300 block of Indiana Street.
Taken was a 1982 Suzuki motorcycle.
A traffic accident (without injuries) occurred
at 1206 hours in the 800 block of
Main Street, vehicle versus vehicle.
One male adult was arrested at 2342 hours
from El Segundo Boulevard and Sierra Street
for possession of a controlled substance.
Saturday, Feb. 3
Use of a scanning device to defraud report
was taken at 0806 hours from the 100
block of West Imperial Avenue. Unknown
suspect(s) attached a scanning device to an
ATM machine at the location.
One male adult was arrested at 1307 hours
from Imperial Highway and Nash Street
for suspicion of burglary and possession of
stolen property.
One male adult was arrested at 1706
hours from the 500 block of North Sepulveda
Boulevard for robbery, assault with a deadly
weapon and criminal threats.
An annoying/threatening text message report
was taken at 1628 hours from the 1700
block of East Sycamore Avenue.
One male adult was arrested at 1954
hours from the 900 block of Main Street for
misappropriation of lost property and was
subsequently issued a citation.
Sunday, Feb. 4
Petty theft (vehicle) report was taken at
0936 hours from the 400 block of Concord
Street. Unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s
unlocked vehicles and stole her property.
A found property report was taken at 1515
hours from the 300 block of North Sepulveda
Boulevard. Several bottles of medication
were found.
Traffic accident (with injuries) occurred at
1902 hours from Imperial Avenue and Loma
Vista Street, vehicle versus parked vehicle.
Burglary (auto) report was taken at 2157
hours from the 1400 block of East Palm
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) broke into
the victim’s vehicle. Unknown if anything
was taken.
