There are some remarkable people in the Beach Cities, people who care about helping others and
volunteer their time. We’re happy to know them as neighbors and proud to have them participate as
part of the Chevron El Segundo Refinery’s Community Advisory Panel (CAP). These volunteers help
represent the “voice of the community” and meet throughout the year at Chevron to share their
thoughts, raise concerns and advise us on our relationship with our neighbors. CAP members work
to ensure they are a reflection of the community and when they speak Chevron listens.
