One male adult was arrested at 1111 hours
from the 200 block of East Imperial Avenue
for assault with a semiautomatic firearm.
One male adult was arrested at 1250 hours
from Pine Avenue and Lomita Street for resisting
an officer and possession of a dirk or dagger.
He was issued a citation out in the field.
One male adult was detained at 1314 hours
from Pine Avenue and Lomita Street and
transported to Marina Del Rey Hospital for a
72-hour psychiatric evaluation
A traffic accident (no injuries) occurred at
1627 hours from the 2200 block of East Mariposa
Avenue, vehicle versus vehicle.
Tuesday, May 25th
A burglary (residential) report was taken at
1349 hours from the 700 block of West Imperial
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) stole USPS
packages from the victim’s mailbox.
A found property report was taken at 1506
hours from the 300 block of Main Street.
Found was a bag with miscellaneous clothing.
An attempt stolen vehicle report was taken
at 1543 hours from the 600 block of West
Imperial Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) damaged
the victim’s steering wheel and ignition.
A burglary (auto) report was taken at 1712
hours from the 200 block of Sierra Street.
Unknown suspect(s) broke into the victim’s
vehicle and stole his property
A negligence discharge of a firearm report
was taken at 2257 hours from the 100 block
of West Imperial Avenue.
One female adult was arrested at 0410 hours
from the 500 block of East Walnut Avenue for
drunk in public.
Wednesday, May 26th
One male adult was arrested at 0923 hours
from the 500 block of North Pacific Coast
Highway for shoplifting.
A vandalism report was taken at 0955 hours
from the 200 block of West Imperial Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) cracked the victim’s front
windshield.
One male adult was arrested at 1148 hours

Thursday, May 27th
A grand theft report was taken at 0735 hours
from the 500 block of Virginia Street. Unknown
suspect(s) stole the catalytic converter from the
victim’s vehicle.
An embezzlement report was taken at 1519
hours from the 200 block of Oregon Street.
An injury report was taken at 1624 hours
from the 400 block of Sheldon Street. An male
adult fell and injured his ankle.
An assault with a deadly weapon (not a
firearm) report was taken at 2001 hours from
the 200 block of Richmond Street. Unknown
suspect struck the victim in the face with a
drinking glass.
Friday, May 28th
A petty theft report was taken at 0845 hours
from the 600 block of Vista Del Mar.
A traffic accident (with injuries) occurred at
1347 hours on South Aviation Boulevard and
East Rosecrans Avenue, vehicle versus vehicle.
A petty theft report was taken at 1436 hours
from the 2200 block of East Grand Avenue.
One male adult was arrested at 1503 hours
from the 700 block of West Imperial Avenue
for false imprisonment, criminal threats, and
resisting arrest.
A defrauding an innkeeper report was taken
at 1532 hours from the 2000 block of East
Mariposa Avenue. Hotel guests left without
paying for their room.
