filed by WILLIAM JULIO SIMMONS in
the Superior Court of California, County

THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests
that WILLIAM JULIO SIMMONS be
appointed as personal representative to
administer the estate of the decedent.
THE PETITION requests the decedent's
