Dollar would like a home with other friends to play with. Happy Tails to their Vet for a check up and they had to extract most of my teeth because they were very bad. The Vet also discovered that I have some high liver levels so now I’m on a low fat diet, which keeps me on track and at my weight of 17 pounds. I’ve been with my foster folks since March 2014 and I really want to find my forever home. I am November is National Adopt-a-Senior Month and we have some great seniors who have a lot to give! Please open your heart to these sweet seniors. We are looking for volunteers to help with our pet adoption fairs which are held every Saturday at the Petco located at 537 N. Believe it or not, my brother, Lucky, and I were dumped at a county shelter. Our previous owner, who by the way, had us for five years, said he no longer had time for us. Isn’t that the pits? Lucky has found his forever home and now it’s my turn. I’ve been with the MSFR folks since June 2014 and I’m eager to give my new family lots of love. I am very friendly, get along great with other dogs and I’m too cute for words. I think I would do best in a home with another doggie pal since I’ve never been without a buddy. I was rescued from a LA county shelter where they labeled me as a “stray.” Truth be told, I was tied to a tree and then abandoned. Even though I was micro-chipped, my owner no longer wanted me. I can’t figure out why – I’m a 7-year old, purebred Miniature Schnauzer, who loves to play and I get along great with other dogs. My favorite game is fetch but I also would love to cuddle with you. I had a large melanoma tumor on my back, which was removed when I had my dental, and I am feeling at the top of my game. I’m kind of a long legged guy and at 22 pounds some folks may say I look like a “mini” Standard Schnauzer but I can tell you, it’s mostly personality.
