Cheddar Corn Dog Minis

• 1 box (8.5 ounces) corn muffin mix
• 1 egg
• 1 can (10 1/2ounces) Campbell’s®

• Step 1: Heat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin-pan cups.
• Step 2: Stir the corn muffin mix, egg and soup in a medium bowl. Spoon about 3
tablespoons batter into each muffin-pan cup. Top each with 1 piece hot dog, placed
lengthwise.
• Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes or until the minis are golden brown. Let the minis cool in the
pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove the minis from the pan.
