Use Permit No. 2020CU03 is Categorically
Exempt per Section 15332, Class 32,
consisting of projects characterized as
in-fill development. The laundromat
expansion occurs within city limits on
a project site not more than five acres
and is substantially surrounded by urban
uses, the land has no value as habitat for
endangered, rare or threatened species as
the property is fully developed with one
commercial building and surface parking
lot on a 15,503 square foot lot. The site
can be adequately served by all required
utilities and public services and will not
result in any significant effects relating to
traffic, noise, air quality, and water quality.
