Slow Cooker Hawaiian-Style
Chicken Thighs

A combination of boneless chicken thighs, onion, jalapeno pepper, coconut
milk and a Hawaiian-inspired sauce are slow cooked resulting in a kickin’
dish the whole family will love. Slow-cooking ensures incredibly moist and
tender meat that is bathed in an unbelievably flavored sauce. Give it a try,
it’s sure to become a family favorite recipe.
• 1 pouch (12 ounces) Campbell’s®
Hawaiian Pork
• 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 large red onion, sliced (about 1 cup)
• 1 medium jalapeño pepper, sliced
(about 1/4 cup)
• 3 boneless, skinless chicken thigh
• Step 1: Stir the sauce, coconut milk, onion and jalapeño pepper in a 6-quart slow
cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.
• Step 2: Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until the chicken is fork-tender.
