where she can prance around and flaunt her
stuff, she would rather spend time with a
family that will dote on her to give her the
love and affection she deserves. Are you the
lucky chosen one(s) that will make her part
of your family?
These cats and kittens are available for
adoption through Kitten Rescue, one of the
largest cat rescue groups in Southern California.
All our kitties are spayed/neutered,
microchipped, tested for FeLV and FIV,
dewormed and current on their vaccinations.
Temporarily, adoption events are suspended.
For additional information and to see these
or our other kittens and cats, please check
our website www.kittenrescue.org or email
us at mail@kittenrescue.org.
With our city and state shut down, we
are faced with the delicate balance to
protect our fellow humans from the spread
of COVID-19, while continuing our mission
of saving the most vulnerable victims
of the homeless cat crisis. We know that
these are hard times for everyone. If you
can give a little, it will go a long way.
They are still counting on us during these
difficult times. Your tax-deductible donations
for the rescue and care of our cats and
kittens can be made through our website or
by sending a check payable to Kitten Rescue,

Saving one animal won’t change the
world, but the world will surely change for
that animal. •
Purrrfect Companions
Every second of every minute of every
day, a helpless animal is put to death just
because no one was there to take them home.
Give them second chance for love when you
adopt one of these precious kitties. Along
with spay and neutering, if just 2% of the
pet-owning households in America fostered
one pet a year, we could stop euthanizing
healthy pets in shelters.
Clover and Daisy are an adorable bonded
brother and sister. They are an inseparable
pair, that love to, chase, wrestle, bird watch
and nap together. At times, they choose quiet
moments independently. But their all-time
favorite spot is cuddling as close as they can
with you, as you sit on the couch, with their
purr machine turned up extra loud. Having
been described as, “puddles of love”, both
kittens are not shy and are very curious. Each
have their own adorable personality. Daisy
is a girly girl, and will let her brother know
when he gets too rambunctious in play. She
loves to run into your hand, with a leap and
a cute little chirp. Clover is a love bug. He
will plop down on your chest and cuddle
under your chin. This little big boy has a
strut and tail wag like no other. Clover and
Daisy are more than litter mates, they are
best buddies. Playing endlessly, as kittens
do, they also enjoy cuddles and kisses from
you. They are simply the best and ready for
your purr-fect home.
Aslan is a handsome, loving, sweet, gentle
boy that loves the simple things in life – wet
food and affection. The fastest way to his
heart is through his stomach. Though a good
head rub will win him over quickly as well.
Aslan has all the ingredients as the perfect
kitty companion. He is loving, affectionate
and easy going. Not to mention he is just
so darn handsome! Being that Aslan is a
lover, not a fighter, he would be fine adopted
into a home with another cat or he could be
adopted alone.
Little Amy is named after the savvy and
social Amy March from Little Women.
Amy is outgoing, resourceful, and loves to
roughhouse with her siblings. She is cuddly,
curious, and purrs the most. Her fur is
incredibly soft and fluffy. She has lots of
kitten energy, yet is well behaved. Due to
her young age, Amy will need to be adopted
with one or more of her other siblings, Jo,
Meg, or Will, or go to a home that already
has a young, playful cat.
Antonio is a playful kitten who melts in
your arms and then immediately starts purring.
He loves chasing his siblings and wrestling
with his foster dog sister. Antonio also loves
to snuggle with his five siblings (Angelica,
Ajax, Audrey, Aemelia and Aliena) who are
all named after Shakespeare characters. He
and Aemelia are a great pair, but he would
love be adopted with any one of his other
brothers or sisters.
Sasha is a spunky little creature who loves
to have her back scratched once she gets to
know you. She is timid, but you can win her
over by spoiling her with kitty treats. Sasha
loves to parade around and be admired. Her
gorgeous orange, black and white coat makes
her the center of attention. Although she’s
thinking of competing in beauty pageants,

October 16th was National Feral Cat Day.
Meet Frank, Bean and Penelope, three feral
cats who have found freedom and a purpose
through our Cats On Pawtrol Working Cat
Program. Through this lifesaving program we
Frank, Bean and Penlope
save under socialized kitties from city shelters
and place them in barns, community gardens
and warehouses to act as organic rodent control.
Even though feral cats don’t love us, we
love them! •
