She needs a family who is patient with her
struggles and understands that she may never
be okay with being pet, held, or cuddled
with. She has made progress and grown more
comfortable with her foster family but is still
afraid of people getting too close to her. She
will hang out and play in your vicinity, but
will run away or hide if you get too close.
On the other hand, Jasmin is a huge fan of
cat friends. She feels very comfortable and
confident around her foster brother and needs
to go to a home with at least one other cat
that will be her playmate.
Ambrosia is a beautiful kitten with a heart
of gold. She is quietly loving and demure.
She is also outgoing and playful. A loving
little girl, she is a big fan of sitting on laps
and being held. Ambrosia does need to have
another kitten or cat in her new home. She
can easily get along with your existing cat or
she can be paired with her brother or another
of her friends at the Adoption Center where
she lives. She cannot be an only kitty and is
not a fan of dogs. Ambrosia and her brother
Dream Bar make an awesome pair and will
easily adapt to their new home with you!
Dream Bar is an amazingly loving and
playful guy. He must be paired with another
kitten or have a cat that will play with him in
his new home. Dream Bar is super dreamy
and will melt your socks off with his sweetness!
He is a fan of belly rubs and cheek
scratches as well as flying to catch a wand
toy that you are playing with him. Dream
Bar’s beautiful sister Ambrosia would make
a great pair with him. But he can also be
the friend your kitty has been waiting for.
These cats and kittens are available for
adoption through Kitten Rescue, one of the
Cats can live up to 20 years or more…and
very actively at that. So even a cat who is
five years old or older still has many years
ahead of them. Are you ready to take on a
20-year responsibility? If so, a kitten might
be great choice for you. If you aren’t, then
an adult cat who might be five or 10 may
be a better choice. Waiting for adoption are
cats and kittens of every age, color and personality.
When you adopt, you save a life…
and in turn enrich your own.
Bill and Ted are ready to have their “Excellent
Adventure” with You. These beautifully
coated Abyssinian mixes are as sweet as they
are cute! Bill has the most soulful eyes and
Ted’s big ears will melt your heart. These
brothers are always together and playing
or looking for someone to cuddle on. Both
boys were raised from just weened babies to
be comfortable and loving around humans.
They also have been around a playful puppy
and will probably do well with a calm cat
friendly dog. Bill and Ted must stay together.
This wild child was found with her four
siblings and mom at a campsite in Ventura.
Daisy is the runt of the litter. Previously
very feral, she now loves to be picked up
and placed somewhere she can be pet. She
and her siblings adore each other, so she
would love to get a home with one of them.
While she is ready for her forever home,
Daisy would do best in a quiet setting with
someone who will give her some time to
adjust to her new home.
Squiggy, Daisy’s sister, is a very gentle
soul. This little girl is a kitty who kisses
your hand and loves to be pet. She is a bit
shy, so someone who has experience and
patience with shy kitties will be surprised
at how fast she will come to be a cuddle
bug. It is best if she is placed with one of
her siblings.
Jasmin is a special girl who has had a difficult
life. She was found in a feral cat colony
with an injured leg that the vet believes was
a gunshot wound. The nerve damage was so
bad that her leg had to be amputated. Luckily,
Jasmin had a speedy recovery and is learning
to love her tripod life! She certainly has not
lost her curiosity and loves spending time
birdwatching by the window. She also loves
to explore the house and play with toy mice.
Unfortunately, due to Jasmin’s difficult past,
she is very shy and nervous around people.
