One male adult was detained at 0620
hours in the 200 block of Main Street and
transported to Marina Del Rey Hospital for

One male adult was arrested at 1009
hours in the 2100 block of East El Segundo
Boulevard for one outstanding no-bail felony
parole warrant.
A hit and run (no injuries) report was taken
at 1321 hours from the 100 block of West
Imperial Avenue, vehicle versus parked vehicle.
One female adult was arrested at 1445 hours
from Imperial Highway and Main Street for
one outstanding OCSD misdemeanor warrant.
A traffic collision (no injuries) report was
taken at 1521 hours from the 400 block of
Main Street, vehicle versus vehicle.
One male adult was detained at 1619 hours
in the 300 block of Concord Street and transported
to Exodus Medical Center in Culver
City for a 72-hour psychiatric evaluation.
One female adult was arrested at 2202 hours
from Rosecrans Avenue and Continental Circle
for grand theft auto and three outstanding
misdemeanor warrants out of various cities.
One female adult was arrested at 0030
hours from Imperial Highway and Main Street
for public intoxication and one outstanding
misdemeanor warrant out of LAPD.

A shoplifting report was taken at 0914

Unknown suspect(s) stole the catalytic converter
from the victim’s vehicle.

The City of El Segundo is accepting the
submittal of sealed proposals to City Hall,
350 Main Street, El Segundo, California
90245, until 4:00 p.m. on:
TUESDAY, AUGUST 31, 2021
Proposals will not be accepted after that
time.
As described in the RFP Documents, the
proposals are for a qualified, experienced
firm to provide a comprehensive
evaluation of Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA) accessibility compliance of
public rights-of-way, parks, City-owned
open spaces, and City buildings not
already addressed in previous ADA
assessments. The project will require
conducting a self-evaluation and the end
product will be a formal ADA Transition
Plan, including estimated costs for
addressing barriers identified, that will be
presented to the City for review.
Copies of the RFP Documents are
available from the Engineering Division of
the Public Works Department, City of El
Segundo, 350 Main Street, El Segundo,
California, 90245. The RFP Documents
are alternately available electronically via

An optional virtual pre-proposal meeting
will be held on Wednesday, August
11, 2021, at 10:00 am. The Zoom

The proposal requirements for the Project
are described in the RFP Documents.
City staff will conduct the qualificationsbased
review of all received proposals,
and then factor in the fee to produce a
ranking list. The top rated consultants may
be requested to interview with several
members of City staff, who will make the
final selection for recommendation to the
City Council. Oral interviews, if held, will
be scheduled in September 2021.

must be prepared per the requirements
specified in the RFP Documents and
submitted to City Hall, 350 Main Street,
City of El Segundo, in a sealed envelope
plainly marked on the outside:
