Kinecta Federal Credit Union and Xceed Financial
Credit Union Announce Plans to Merge
Kinecta Federal Credit Union, based in
Manhattan Beach, Calif., and Xceed Financial
Credit Union, based in El Segundo, Calif., today
announced that the two credit unions have
reached a tentative agreement to merge. Following
approval by regulatory authorities and
Xceed’s membership, the merger is planned to
be completed, before the end of the first quarter
of 2021. The combined credit union will operate
under the Kinecta Federal Credit Union name
and charter and will have approximately $6
billion in assets, 300,000 members and 33
locations. It will be the nation’s 35th largest
credit union, and California’s eighth largest in
terms of asset size1, and the largest credit union
operating in the South Bay of Los Angeles
County. Provided by Kinecta Federal Credit
Union, and Xceed Financial Credit Union.

0933 hours from the El Segundo Police PD
lobby. A male adult was reported missing.
A found property report was taken at 1103
hours from the 100 block of East Maple Avenue.
Found was a wallet with miscellaneous
gift cards and US Currency.
A vandalism report was taken at 1648
hours from the 300 block of East Grand
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) keyed the
victim’s vehicle.
An identity theft report was taken at 1905
hours from the 700 block of South Pacific
Coast Highway. Unknown suspect(s) fraudulently
used the victim’s information
A burglary report was taken at 1753 hours
from the 100 block of West Imperial Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s bicycle
from his carport.
One female adult was arrested at 1911
hours from the 700 block of South Pacific
Coast Highway for misdemeanor DUI with
a BAC of .08% or above.
One female adult was arrested at
1911 hours from the 700 block of South
Pacific Coast Highway for plain drunk in
public.
Tuesday, July 14th
One female adult was arrested at 0626
hours from the 6700 block of West Imperial
Highway for identity theft, false personation,
driving a stolen vehicle, and driving on a
suspended license.
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken
at 0956 hours from the 200 block of East
Imperial Avenue.
A vandalism report was taken at 1107
hours from the 400 block of Sheldon Street.
Unknown suspect(s) wrote graffiti near the
checkout building.
An identity theft report was taken at
1104 hours from the 800 block of Dune
Street.
A vehicle was reported stolen at 1203
hours from the 2100 block of East
Maple Avenue. Taken was a 2019 Toyota
4Runner.
A child custody court order violation report
was taken at 1229 hours from the 300 block
of Main Street.
A tampering with a vehicle report was
taken at 1943 hours from the 300 block of
East Imperial Avenue. Unknown suspect(s)
stole the bumper from the victim’s vehicle.
A grand theft report was taken at 0150
hours from the 1100 block of East Imperial
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) entered the
victim’s vehicle and stole his property.
An online lost property report was taken
at 0352 hours from the 300 block of Virginia
Street. A package was lost.
Wednesday, July 15th
A burglary (vehicle) report was taken at
0833 hours from the 800 block of Lomita
Street. Unknown suspect(s) broke into the
victim’s vehicle and stole his property.
An attempt burglary report was taken at
1019 hours from the 400 block of Indiana
Street. Unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain
access to a laundry room.
One male adult was arrested at 1242 hours
from Mariposa Avenue and Pacific Coast
Highway for public intoxication.
A found property report was taken at 1418
hours from the 400 block of Main Street.
Found was a house key.
A missing person report was taken at 1518
hours from the 400 block of Indiana Street.
A male adult was reported missing.
A grand theft report was taken at 1616
hours from the 300 block of West Franklin
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) entered the
victim’s truck and stole his property.
