El Segundo Blvd., El Segundo Ca,90245. DTSC is the state agency responsible for regulating the generation, storage, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste in California. Raytheon is a manufacturer and assembler of electronic components and accessories with a Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Hazardous Waste Facility Permit (HWFP). The Facility comprises approximately 134-acres of land zoned for commercial/manufacturing uses. The RCRA permitted unit, Hazardous Waste Storage Area, is located at the south end of the facility. The Class 1* Permit Modification removes two parcels (Parcel 1 and 2, APN# 4138-014-049 and APN# 4138-014-050 respectively) along the northern boundary of the facility being used as parking lots from the RCRA Corrective Action Process and from the RCRA HWFP #07-GLN-11. This is an administrative boundary adjustment due to the proposed sale of the two parcels. There is no indication that any contamination exists or has ever existed on the parcels being removed from the HWFP.
