The suspect fraudulently cashed checks
in the victim’s name.
A petty theft report was taken at 1100 hours
from the 1400 block of East Palm Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) stole property from the
victim’s unlocked vehicle
A vandalism report was taken at 1937 hours
from the 2100 block of East Mariposa Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) smashed a window.
One male adult was arrested at 2250 hours
from Pacific Coast Highway and Hughes Way
for one outstanding LASD felony warrant.
An online petty theft report was taken at
1200 hours on 04/26/20 from the 400 block
of Sierra Street. Unknown suspect(s) stole
the victim’s mail.
Wednesday, April 29th
A grand theft (auto) report was taken at
0749 hours from the 300 block of Virginia
Street. Taken was a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 van.
One male adult was detained at 2123 hours
from the 500 block of California Street and
transported to Harbor General Hospital for
a 72 hour psychiatric evaluation.
An online lost property report was taken
at 0053 hours from the 800 block of Loma
Vista Street. A set of keys was lost.
Thursday, April 30th
An attempted burglary (commercial) and
vandalism report was taken at 1103 hours
from the 2200 block of East Maple Avenue.
Unknown suspect(s) broke the ground level
glass window in an attempt to make entry.
A hit and run (no injuries) report was taken
online at 1416 hours from West Imperial
Avenue and Virginia Street, vehicle versus
parked vehicle.
Traffic accident (with injuries) occurred
at 1500 hours on El Segundo Boulevard
and Douglas Street, vehicle versus vehicle.
One male adult was arrested at 0352 hours
from the 500 block of West Imperial Highway
for suspicion of burglary, possession of a
stolen vehicle without owner’s consent, giving
false information to a peace officer and
possession of a drug paraphernalia.

Friday, May 1st
One male adult was arrested at 2137 hours
from the 2100 block of East Mariposa Avenue
for public intoxication.
An attempt grand theft (auto) report was
taken at 2317 hours from the 300 block of
Kansas Street.
One male adult was arrested at 0103 hours
from the 2000 block of East Mariposa Avenue
for carjacking.
Saturday, May 2nd
One female adult was detained at 1443
hours in the 400 block of Main Street and
transported to MLK Community Hospital
for evaluation and treatment.
Sunday, May 3rd
One female adult was cited and released
at 0845 hours from the 200 block of Sierra
Street for trespassing.
One male adult was detained at 1004 hours
from the 1100 block of East Grand Avenue
and transported to MLK Exodus for evaluation
and treatment.
A petty theft report was taken at 1534
hours from the 1100 block of East Imperial
Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) stole $20.00 US
currency from the victim’s vehicle.
A petty theft report was taken 1557 hours
from the 300 block of North Pacific Coast
