Purrrfect Companions
Happy Tails
Braddock Join Kitten Rescue on March 7 and 8 as
Every second of every minute of every
day, a helpless animal is put to death just
because no one was there to take them home.
Give them second chance for love when you
adopt one of these precious kitties. You can
also check out their friends on our website –
www.kittenrescue.org
Braddock is a super sweet, calm kitty. He
loves to lay on top of or next to you purring
away and waiting patiently to get petted. He
will stretch out next to you so that he’s super
close, reaching out to you to ensure that you
are paying attention. Braddock is also very
playful, loves to play with his feather toy, and
will go crazy for catnip. He wants to be the
king of his household and be an only kitty
so that you will give him all the attention.
Braddock can be a little shy but once he gets
comfortable, he’s a love bug.
Lord Tyrion is a small fellow with a
beautiful orange coat and green eyes. He’s a
caring soul who has been watching over Lady
Sansa since before they were both rescued.
This young fellow loves to roll around and
show his belly and is a fan of fine foods and
crisp clear water. Tyrion is the best of the
Lannister’s and is made of pure gold. He will
do well looking after another kitty or looking
after you as a solo.
Lady Sansa like her namesake was in a
rough spot when she was rescued. She’d been
through a lot, but this fiery little lady is a
fighter and we knew she’d pull through. The
moment she was safe and warm she turned into
a little purr machine. Every day she’s more
loving, more playful, and is just so thankful
to be with people who care. Sansa would be
a wonderful addition to your home and would
be an excellent playmate for another kitty. Be
prepared to this little girl continue to bloom
before your eyes.
Our adorable Astropop is your typical fun
and happy-go-lucky teenager. Like most teenage
boys, he has two loves in life, hanging out
with his buddies …. and food! The hanging
out part usually involves good-natured playing.
His buddies are so important to him that we’d
love to see him in a home with another feline
who has the same energy level as he does.
His love of food is just as cute. The minute
Astropop hears a can or bag being opened,
he makes a bee-line for the sound to see what
delicious morsel he might get! Astropop also
has the sweetest meow we’ve heard in a long
time; it’s a very endearing, little squeak. With
his sweet personality, adorable face, and gorgeous
eyes, Astropop is irresistibly endearing.
A dark smoke tiger with white points,
Schmidt has more personality than most cats
you’ll meet. He’s easy going, playful and
adjusts to new situations easily. Schmidt is
a little more like a dog than a cat. He loves
playing with toys of any sort and having his
picture taken. This easy-going guy also enjoys
snuggling and laying on your chest while
you’re in bed and licking your nose. He is
also okay with dogs and good with traveling.
Lotus and her three siblings were found
outside a local Buddhist temple when a good
Samaritan brought them to us. Lotus has a
very sweet, calm, quiet disposition and will
happily sit in your lap. She also loves to
play with her siblings and with toys, as well
as take regular cat naps in the sunshine. She
loves humans and would do best in a quiet
household with other kitty friends. Lotus would
also be okay living with an older, calm dog.
We think she’s purrrfect!
These cats and kittens are available for adoption
through Kitten Rescue, one of the largest
we run and walk to raise money to save
homeless animals in the 2020 Los Angeles
Marathon. Help us reach our fundraising
goal of $100,000.00. The money raised from
the Marathon directly impacts the number of
animals that we can save.
Three months ago, the pet rescue community
lost a hero to the cats of Los Angeles, Laura
Katzman. Laura put her heart and soul into
rescuing, rehabilitating and placing homeless
cats. Her mother, Denise, has pledged to
match up to $5000.00 in the next week for
our marathon fundraiser in Laura’s honor. The
funds raised from the marathon will pay for
medical care for homeless cats and kittens, so
that they can find forever homes.

worming and flea meds for a kitten
