West High The West High Warriors have continued their impressive streak this season and with a 42-0 victory over Centennial, remained flawless in this year’s league play. Not only was West’s offense ticking, but their defense had an amazing game as well, completely shutting out Centennial. West backup quarterback, Max Parish, got the scoring started with a 3-yard rushing touchdown midway through the first quarter. A defensive touchdown would eventually push the score to 21-0 near the start of the second quarter before Shea Wissler would tally his second touchdown of the day with a 25-yard rush to push West’s total to 28. It would be 35-0 at halftime. The Warriors (5-2, 2-0) will look to keep pace with Leuzinger (5-2, 2-0) for first place in the Pioneer League as they move on to take on their cross-town rivals, South High, this Friday night at home.
