Any player between the ages of 4 and 18, as of July 31, 2014, can play AYSO. All new players, ages 7 to 13. are required to have their skills evaluated. Evaluations will take place at each registration day. Shin guards and saucer cleats are required for participating in the evaluation process. Questions? Registration Instructions 1. Pre-Registration is done on-line only. If you are unable to complete the pre-registration prior to registration day, laptops will be available when you arrive. 2. Go to www.easyo.org to register your player(s). 3. Go to the Region 15 website at www.ayso15.org and click on “Registration” for instructions on how to use easyo. 4. Make sure all your information is current and correct. 5. Provide and email address that is checked frequently. 6. Bring three (3) copies of the registration form and payment with you to registration. Your player is not registered until the pre-registration form is turned in with your payment at one of the walk-in registration days. 7. If you are new to Region 15, you are required to bring a copy of your player(s) birth ceertificate or passport for age verification. Payment • Registration fees can be paid by cash, check, credit or debit cards. • Checks - make payable to AYSO Region 15. • Credit or Debit Cards - for use only at walk-in registration. There will be a $5 transaction fee added to the registration fee. We Need Volunteers! • All volunteers must submit a 2014 Volunteer Form. Go to www.eayso and use hte same login you used to register your player • Returning Volunteers - click on “Apply as a Returning Adult Volunteer” and update your information. Be sure to verify your dirviers license matches the information on your volunteer form. • New Volunteers - click on “Apply as a New Adult Volunteer” and fill out the form. Bring two (2) copies of the 2014 Volunteer Form, and your drivers license to any walk-in registration day. Your drivers license must be veridied before we can accept your volunteer form.
