TORRANCE TRIBUNE January 22, 2015 Page 7 Bacon Wrapped Tenderloin Tip Appetizer Servings: Approximately 32 pieces Ingredients • 3 pounds Omaha Steaks Tenderloin Steak Tips • 32 Omaha Steaks Precooked Bacon Slices • 1 jar Omaha Steaks All Natural Seasoning • Round wood toothpicks Prep time: 20 minutes (plus time for thawing) Cook time: 6 minutes 1. Thaw steak tips and bacon overnight in refrigerator. 2. Preheat oven to 450°F degrees. 3. Sprinkle each tenderloin tip with seasoning. 4 Wrap a slice of bacon around each tenderloin tip and push a toothpick through to secure bacon. 5. Place bacon-wrapped tips on baking sheet. Bake for 3 minutes; flip and bake an additional 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately. • Preparation
