The improvements in the district consist of the public and traffic signal lighting facilities now or which may hereafter be constructed or installed, and the maintenance and servicing thereof. Section 3. The district is designated as the Street Lighting Maintenance District of the City of Hawthorne and its general location is within the boundaries of the City of Hawthorne. Section 4. A full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessment district, its zones and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the district are contained in the City Engineer’s Report of April 27, 2017, which report is incorporated by reference hereby as though fully set forth herein. That, pursuant to Section 22625 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 6:00pm, a hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Hawthorne, California, regarding the levy of the proposed assessment.
