Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier’s check, certified check, or in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. Further, a copy shall be posted at the job site during the course of construction. All Contractors submitting bids must conform to current federal minimum prevailing wages. In addition to the Contractor’s obligations as to minimum wages rates, the Contractor shall abide by all other provisions and requirements stipulated in Sections 1770- 1780, inclusive, of the Labor Code of the State of California, including, but not limited to, those dealing with the employment of registered apprentices.
