If you have any questions about a particular dog’s availability you can email us at info@msfr.org. Schnauzers! Bet you can’t adopt just one! My name is Suzy-Q and I’m just the gal for you! I’m a very sweet, 5-year old, female Miniature Schnauzer who was found wandering the streets by some good Samaritans. They tried really hard to find my family but they weren’t very successful so they turned me over to the MSFR folks. It didn’t take long to figure out why my previous owners dumped me – I had bladder stones. I had surgery the end of January and I’m all healed and ready to find my forever Katrina has a new family with brand new sisters to love. Nora would love another dog to play with, especially her best friend Cora. Happy Tails Cora and Nora are best friends and would love to stay together. Congratulations to Katrina, our shy, little, Schnauzer/Doxie mix that was rescued in late August, and her new family. They had recently lost their 14-year old Schnauzer and were looking for someone who needed them as much as they needed her. Katrina had been passed over at adoptions because of her Pookie loves to play and is very sweet. shyness, however, when her family showed up she knew they were the ones because she crawled up onto their laps, rolled over and it was a belly rub fest! Katrina is now loving life in San Pedro with two human sisters as well as a Mom and a Dad. • home. If I stay on my diet of special Rx dog food, I will remain stone free and be a great companion. I need to lose a few pounds and we’re working on getting me to slim and trim. I’m very loving and I get along well with everyone - other dogs. If you are interested Suzy-Q, please email info@msfr.org for more information. Hi there – we’re Nora and Cora. We were rescued from an LA county shelter where we ended up because we were strays. We could be related but how is a mystery. We’re definitely not sisters since Nora is 3.5-years old and weighs 13 pounds while Cora is about 2-years old and weighs 17.5 pounds. One thing for sure is we’re the best of friends and we would love to go to the same forever home. We also know that might not be the case but we would do best in a home with another doggie pal to play with. We’re very friendly, outgoing and free spirited gals who enjoy each other’s company. That’s probably why we need some leash training - when we’re together we just play and have fun and do what we want. You have to see us to believe how sweet we are. If you are interested Nora and/or Cora, please email info@msfr.org for more information. Are you looking for a really sweet 5-month old, female Miniature Schnauzer mix? If so, just ask for Pookie!! I was rescued from a LA county shelter where I ended up as a stray after getting lost. Everyone says I’m cute as a button and I have a wonderful personality. Although I’m a tad larger than a purebred Miniature Schnauzer puppy would be, I’ve got all of that puppy playfulness and curiosity. Currently, I weigh 11 pounds but I’ll probably be about 20-25 pounds when I’m full-grown - still small enough to be a great cuddler and an even better companion. If you are interested in Pookie, please email info@msfr.org for more information. • Saving one animal won’t change the world, but the world will surely change for that animal.
