Page 8 July 2, 2015 EL SEGUNDO HERALD El Segundo Relay4Life Photos by Marcy Dugan, marcyduganphoto.com Relay4Life, a fundraiser sponsored by the American Cancer Society, was held in Library Park on June 27th. The program included a Walk for Life in support of loved one with cancer and a Luminaries Ceremony to commemorate those lost to the disease. Peter leading the pack around Library Park. Bridget is creating her luminary. Lights are being placed into the luminaries by Basia. DJ Ozzie playing the tunes for the walkers. Luminaries are dedicated to those who are fighting or lost the battle with cancer.
