The mistreatment of your City Employees by the El Segundo City Council has created a broken and stressful work environment causing many to leave for better working conditions and job stability. Forced to compensate for radical stang cuts and millions of dollars in contract concessions over the past 7 years, City employees were hopeful for some relief with a current budget surplus over $3 million. He is survived by his wife, Eileen; stepson, Victor Hiltner; Son, Jason Whitney; daughters, Becky Whitney- Conver, Sarah Roque, and Katie Wagley; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He loved God, Jesus Christ, his children, Alcoholics Anonymous, Texas and Baseball. Formal Christian Services will be held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 10 A.M. at Santa Cruz Memorial – Mission Chapel, 1927 Ocean Street Ext., Santa Cruz, CA 95060.
