Monday, March 27 Found property report was taken at 0957 hours from Pine Avenue and Penn Street. A drug paraphernalia device was found. A burglary report was taken at 1122 hours from the 500 block of West Imperial Avenue. Unknown suspect(s) smashed the victim’s vehicle and removed property. One female adult was arrested at 1310 hours from the 600 block of East Imperial Avenue for battery on a peace officer, battery on a animal control officer, carrying a loaded firearm and resisting arrest. A petty theft report was taken at 1742 hours from the 600 block of West Walnut Avenue. An empty purse was taken.
