At 4 Star Gym we have four great trainers/training programs as follows: Game Time Strength (GTS) owned by Jason Kelske. The GTS team includes Jason Kelske, Dennis Kerr, Joe Buys and Jason Kahn. They offer individualized strength and body transformation programming in a group training environment. Focus on teaching proper technique in the squat, bench and deadlift movements. Training available for all levels. Jason Kahn – Jason offers private individual training. He has over 20 years experience training people from all walks of life with different goals and needs, specializing in strength training, flexibility/mobility, sports specific training, powerlifting and physique aesthetics. Sean Crenshaw – Sean competes as an amateur MMA fighter, preparing to go professional soon. He teaches functional training, boxing and kickboxing. Eric Gable – an MMA trainer with over 35 years of martial arts experience. He teaches all levels from beginner enthusiast to professional fighters! Valentino’s Pizza: Valentino’s Pizza is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant, serving the Southern California (South Bay) area since 1990. Besides the famous selection of Brooklyn Style Pizza, Calzones and Sausage Rolls, the family also serves and delivers a variety of dinners, sandwiches, salads and deserts. We try to make you feel at home while enjoying our delicious homemade pizzas, meatballs, lasagna, bread, eggplant etc... We also have catering available for large parties, meetings and public events. Bill Ruane: (Platinum Winner) Bill Ruane started his professional career in real estate at Re/Max Beach Cities Realty in 1990 at the office located at 114 East Grand Ave., El Segundo and hasn’t looked back since.
